Lynlee joined the firm in 2006 as a senior associate and specializes in the federal income taxation of corporations and insurance tax issues. Prior to joining Scribner Hall, Lynlee structured corporate merger and acquisitions at Ernst & Young, National Tax Mergers and Acquisitions Group in Washington, D.C., and practiced in the areas of corporate taxation and insurance product taxation at the law firms of McDermott, Will & Emery, and Groom & Nordberg, Chartered, in Washington, D.C.
