Tommy's substantive tax experience began over 50 years ago, with government service at the Internal Revenue Service, the staff of the Joint Committee on Taxation, and the Treasury Department. He has been with the firm since 1965 and has broad experience in tax issues that arise for insurance company clients. Tommy is a 1950 graduate of George Washington University Law School.
